- Mr. LalitRao (Jaipur)
Mr.LalitRao is currently writing a book on 25 best French films and is an associate editor of the quarterly magazine 'Cinematography Art’. In 2008, he launched a bilingual website on world cinema, cinema-poet.com. He created Kinema, a database with information on 25,000 world cinema films and has reported extensively on film festivals especially world cinema through more than 40 blogs and 8 videos channels. Cinema journals ‘Deep Focus’ and ‘Bangalore Film Society’ were represented by him as their correspondent in Paris for 2005-2006. He also presented a paper on Canadian Cinema during 20th International Conference on Canadian Studies, University of Rajastha,2004.
- Mr. Paul Spurrier (UK / Thailand)
Paul Spurrier was born on May 23, 1967 in Suffolk, England. He is an actor and writer, known for The Wild Geese (1978), Max Headroom (1985) and P (2005). He was the first Westerner to make a movie in Thailand in the Thai language. In 2009, he was the cinematographer for 60 episodes of a Thai television series Nak Su Nork Sang Wian, the first time a Westerner had performed this task. In 2008 and 2009, Spurrier was the international administration director of the Bangkok International Film Festival. In 2015 he directed the Thai feature film, The Forest.
- Ms. RanjaneeRatnavibhushana (Sri Lanka)
Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Sri Jayawardanepura, Sri Lanka. She is a General Secretary of the Asian Film Centre, Sri Lanka and Treasurer and the Board Memberof Network for the Promotion of Asian Cinema (NETPAC). Also she is a Series Editor of 'Film Annual Sri Lanka' and author of 'The Cinema of AdoorGopalakrishnan', and published 'LJP –Lester James Peries Life and Work'. She has worked on numerous special film events and has served on many local & international film juries.
